Special Installation & Maintenance Kit

Though Handpumps can be installed and maintained with the help of general tools, a special tool kit has been developed as described below to simplify Installation and regular Maintenance of Mark II & VLOM Handpump.

1. Tank Pipe Lifter: for lowering down or lifting the water tank with the rising main.
2. Heavy Duty Clamp/Self Locking Clamp: for holding the rising main while lowering or lifting.
3. Coupling Spanner: for tightening the connecting rod quickly with ease.
4. Connecting Rod Lifter: for lowering down or lifting the connecting rods.
5. Handle Axle Punch: for driving out the handle Axle without causing damage to the Axle threads.
6. Pipe Lifting Spanner: for lowering down or lifting the rising main pipes.
7. Chain Coupler Supporting Tool: for fitting the chain to the handle assembly.
8. Connecting Rod Vice: for raising, holding and lowering the connecting rod.
9. Crank Spanner: for tightening or loosening the Flange & Chain bolt.
10. Check Valve puller: for disengaging the Check Valve.
11. Bearing Pressing tool: for positioning the bearings into the handle.
